mini pc ak1 pro magician stuck on welcome screen due to locked password account.

hello, I wanted to connect the mini pc to my account but it froze and now it won't start anymore, can you help me?

Method 1: Hold down the keyboard shift and use the mouse to click to restart. (Do not loose shift during the restart process.) Enter the advanced startup interface and select Troubleshooting, Repair System, or Reset System.
Method 2: Reinstall the system directly

Press the [Shift] key until the advanced startup settings appear.

If you have important files on it that aren't backed up, I wouldn't.
