I downloaded the latest software but it still doesn't turn off the RGB lights. Using Windows 11 AMD Ryzen 7 PC

Is your computer AMR5 (5800U)?
Our current setting is that the lighting effect settings can be saved before shutting down; after restarting, it needs to be reset
