You can try to use the PE system, use the hard disk tool to check the operating status of the SSD (check the S.M.A.R.T information), if there is no abnormality, format the SSD and then install the system.
1. Create a PE system:

Tutorial:

PE system file:

2. Enter the PE system to format the hard disk:

3. CK10 11320H system:

Same model here and Windows 11 is detecting "no TPM available". Is there any BIOS option to enable TPM?

Try to restore BIOS settings:
Enter the BIOS and press [F3] to restore the set value, then press [F4] to save and exit, and then enter the system to check whether the TPM is normal;
If the above steps are invalid, please send the fault picture and Amazon order number to: barry@minipcunion.com; we need to collect and analyze the cause of the fault.

Bought my CK10 back in June of this year and are having the same issues with TPM. I tried resetting BIOS, but TPM still won't show on the OS. Tried calling support number but had to leave a voicemail. Hoping I can get some direction on next steps here.

Thanks for contacting us, we'd be happy to support you. Due to the lack of information we have at present, we still need you to provide a photo of the BIOS homepage (How to enter the BIOS: Press the [Delete] button (without letting go), press the power button until the BIOS homepage appears release the [Delete] button).
After receiving the verification, we can provide you with a suitable solution.
