Hello,
I bought a GK3 Plus Mini Pc with N95 Alder Lake CPU.
Unfortunately, one USB port does not work. Under Windows no USB device (keyboard, mouse or memory stick) worked on the USB port.
The same is true for Ubuntu. I get the error message "error: device descriptor read/64, error -71".
Is this a hardware defect or is there a way to use the USB port anyway? I want to use the MiniPC as a small server, but I would like to have working USB ports.
I am grateful for any help. many greetings,
Christopher
