Audio and Hibernation Issues - CK10 i5-8259u Windows 11 22H2

Post by mr.crocodile »

Good evening to all,
I bought an Acemagician CK10 as in the object. After configuration I faced with the audio driver problem described in viewtopic.php?t=4097&sid=c2990cb523e2a3 ... 2e35721d59. I used Snappy Driver and it seemd I found a solution but from the 3.5mm jack I have no audio signal even if the hardware seems to work properly.
More over for some strange reason the hibernation does not work anymore. I suspect that windows update could have made a firmware update that made the system unable to manage the hibernation. Infact if I ask, via CMD window, powercfg /a, I obtain that only Standby (S3) is available; for Standby (S1), Standby (S2) and Hibernation the firmware does not support them and it is impossible to obtain more detailed information on those problems.
What could be the reason?

Is ther any way to solve the two above mentioned problems?
Thanks
Andrea

1. Make sure it is the original factory system. After upgrading the system, there may be an error in Windows upgrade
2. CK10 audio driver:
3. Sleep state setting:
set sleep button
1. Right-click the Start menu and select Power Options
2. Select "Choose what the power buttons do"
3. Click "Change settings that are currently unavailable"
4. Select the desired setting "Sleep"
5. Don't forget to "Save Changes"

Thanks a lot for your quick answer.
1. The system was new so I suppose the system was original. I did not have any error at the end of the configuration apart from the audio problem.
2. Anyway with your package it seems the audio problem was solved.
3. The sequense you proposed is exactly what I did initially. And apparently that worked till when something appened (I'm afraid it is due to some windows 11 update made automatically before I could configure it to wait my decision) and the Hybernation disappeared. I noticed it as from certain moment on, every time I restarted the pc (after I supposed I hybernated it) I did not find the situation (windows, files, folder and apps opened) that I left before hybernation, but it was as if the pc had been turned off without saving. So I investigated and found the situation I show in the Screen1.jpg attached.

Could it be possible to reset all the pc and reinstall all from zero? is there anything like shown in the post viewtopic.php?t=3929&sid=98041507305876 ... 4d3ccb9977 but for my pc that is like indicate in the Screen2.jpg attached?

Thanks anyway.

Unfortunately nothing changed. The situation is the same:

Any other idea? It is very strange that a modern PC does not supports hibernation that for my activity is very usefull.
thanks anyway.

Checked this situation with the product department, and the current CK10 8th generation CPU turning on sleep may cause bugs, so this function has been cancelled. 10th generation CPUs are not affected.
