I turned off my TK 11 as I needed somewhere to go when I got home
I turned it on and it doesn't work anymore.
The only thing that lights up is the green LED on the power button.
I've already unplugged it and put it on the front of the case
a paper clip presses the cmos reset button for 10 seconds.
Unfortunately no success, what else could I try?
I could return the Mini PC to Amazon until June 21st.
There is also a problem on the M.2 2280 SSD and on the built-in 2.5 SSD
important personal information is on it.
The only option I have is to remove the 2 SSDs and put them in my large desktop
Install the computer and then delete it and then install it again in the TK 11.
What I had noticed in the last few days was a soft click inside the TK11's housing
was heard, the noise was not there when I bought it.
I look forward to your advice on the best way to proceed.
Greetings

Because this problem is time sensitive, I would contact the company's tech at barry@minipcunion.com. He may also reply here, but emailing him would make sure that he responds. It would likely be a good idea to contact the Amazon seller.
Just as a troubleshooting step I would try removing the 2.5" SSD and see if the unit starts.
Something else you could try is a manual BIOS discharge, which is kind of the same thing as the reset button, but can work when the reset button doesn't. There's no video for the TK11, but the process is essentially the same as what you see in the following video...
A soft click definitely sounds strange. I wonder if a wire could be hanging down into the fan blades or something.

Re: Help, my TK11 is no longer showing any signs of life
Thank you for your answer and help @Gabe
I unscrewed the device, removed the RAM and both SSDs, then again at the front of the case with one
Using a thin paperclip, pressed the CMOS switch for 1 minute, then put everything back together.
Unfortunately no success, the Mini PC no longer starts.
The only thing that burns is the green LED from the push button/finger sensor on the switch.
I have emailed it to @barry@minipcunion.com with the same text as you just sent me.
Another problem is that the TK11-I5 1135G7 is no longer available from Amazon DE, only the Core i7 11390H for 599 euros, that's too much for me.
I had paid 376 just under a month ago.
Let's see if I get another answer from @barry, if not it's going back.

Re: Help, my TK11 is no longer showing any signs of life
Akki,
Did you try shorting out the poles at the system board's battery connector, as shown in the video? You can see it at around 2:06.
Edit: I should add that it's likely you won't get a reply from Barry for at least at least another day, as both he and the admin aren't on during the weekends.

Thank you both for the help, unfortunately it did not help.
Will send the device back to Amazon.
