T6Pro blink blue led on power on

When I insert the adapter in the T6Pro only a blue blinking LED is visible and there is no boot at all.

I have tried
- another power adapter - no change
- push on the reset button - no change

I can not find any documenten where the blinking of the LED is explained.

The normal thing to try with something like this is a BIOS discharge, which entails 'shorting out' the battery poles on the system board in order to reset the BIOS and clear anything that could be causing a problem. However, with it not being designed to easily disassemble, and with it having no externally accessed reset button, that option is much more difficult with the T6 Pro.

I'd either wait to see if the Admin or barry777 replies with some instructions on what to try, or you can contact barry777 directly at barry@minipcunion.com. He's a tech for the company.

For reference, being that you have the T6 Pro rather than the T6, I've moved your topic to the 'T6 Pro' section, just in case others who have the same model might also be able to help.

1. If the indicator light is always on, but the content is not displayed, it may be the fault of the adapter cable: remove the adapter cable, and directly connect the T6 Pro to the HDMI interface of the monitor (need to confirm that the monitor is turned on and is in HDMI input mode)
2. If the indicator light is flashing and the content is not displayed, it may be that there is a malfunction inside the machine. You can contact the Amazon seller service specialist through the Amazon order.

The blue LED is flashing continuously, and nothing is visible on the HDMI output.
There is a "hidden" reset button behind the ventilation holes between the power plug and USB. But pushing this button does not solve anything.
I think I can open up the device properly, but due to the fact everything is integrated this will not make nay sense.

I have contacted the seller via Amazon.
