My T11 will not switch on? I just get a red and then blue light flash but nothing happens.

I would suggest trying a BIOS discharge. Unfortunately, there is no video for the procedure with the T11, but if you know how to take the unit apart the procedure itself, as in what you need to do with the battery terminals, would be the same as with other models, like in the following video for the AK3. Make sure everything is disconnected from the unit when you do this, including the power.

Thank. I gave it a go but still won’t switch on. I did notice a high pitch noise though that I wasn’t getting before.

In that case I'd contact after sales support at support@kamrui.com.
