Sound is crackling

We are using this in our kids church room so there isn’t a whole lot running on it. But it seems like there is a grounding issue or something. Anytime something is plugged into or even touch the metal of the audio Jack it starts clacking. I also plugged in a usb audio interface and as soon as metal touches the usb Jack it starts crackling also. It never goes away. Any ideas?

Does this happen with other audio devices?
A complete video of the problem needs to be provided, and we need to verify where the problem lies.
