Incompatible RAM modules?

I replaced my old server with AMR5. Running Linux with Proxmox for virtualization. Migration went smooth. At end I wanted to swap existing 2x8GB RAM modules with 2x16GB from Kingston Fury that worked fine in old server:

Specs values look identical. I am reading there might also be new BIOS. Would update help with detection?

What version of Linux are you using? I tested that Kingston Fury 2*16GB can work normally under Windows system.

I use Debian 11. But computer doesn't even boot to it when I have this modules inserted. Only LED are lit but there is not HDMI output. RAM looks the same, so if it works for your I am puzzled why it doesn't work for me too.

Do I need some special BIOS setting? My BIOS version is:

Please confirm whether the original 2x8GB RAM of AMR5 can be used normally?
If the original RAM can be used, then you need to verify the compatibility of Kingston (try to use a single 16GB to test whether the two card slots can be turned on normally). In this step, we need to confirm whether the RAM slot is good or not.
Confirm whether the Kingston memory module can be used normally in other devices?
If these verifications pass, you can try to update the bios provided by me. (bios will be sent to you via private message)

Hello,

Original 2x 8GB modules are working fine in new PC, which is up and running. Kingston 2x 16GB are also working fine in old server. I have also put the original 2x 8GB to the old server and it works. So only 2x 16GB modules from Kingston are not working on AMR5.

I have received the BIOS in PM. Are there any instructions on how to flash it? I have Linux OS on my AMR5.

bios update steps:
If the BIOS is not automatically flashed in, enter the command character: "FS3: Press the Enter key, ls press the Enter key. Press the Tab key to select the NSH file, and then press the Enter key to start execution.

I have successfully updated BIOS to version 1.10:

Sadly with Kinston Fury 2x 16GB RAM stick PC still does not start. I get no video signal and OS doesn't load.

What else can I try? Maybe that tiny hole at front is to do full BIOS reset?

Though I don't know if it will help, it certainly won't hurt anything to try the reset. When you press the button with a paper clip or whatever you use, make sure to press and hold it in for fifteen or twenty seconds to ensure the discharge happens. If you've manually adjusted any BIOS settings, you may have to do so again after the reset.

Before you perform the reset, make sure to disconnect everything from the unit, including the power supply.

It did not help. What else could I try? How to debug this?

I do not wish to buy another 2x16GB RAM modules. Price is too high and also I would rather spend money for additional M2 drive.
