Es wird bestätigt, dass Kingston Fury 64 GB (32*2) DDR4 3200 mit AMR5 NICHT kompatibel ist.

Ich selbst habe mit ACEMagician über viele Tage alle von ACEMagician mitgeteilten "Lösungen" vorgenommen und festgestellt, dass Der AMR5 immer damit plötzlich und unerwartet "einfror", Monitor wurden dunkel, Tastatur und Maus etc. hatten keinen Strom.

Jetzt erhalte ich eine überarbeitete Liste der wohl kompatiblen DDRs ?

Es ist nicht ok, dass die Kunden derart "informiert" werden und eine Werbung so gestaltet ist, dass der Kunde letztendlich den Schaden hat.

Zur BIOS Version 1.10 habe ich nach Auftrag ACEmagician downgegradet und die Inkompatibilität blieb bestehen. Daher ist die pauschale Aussage "up to 64 GB" eine falsche Werbung, da genau der Speicher in der alten Kompatibilitätsliste von ACEmagician eingesetzt worden war.

Der Speicher selbst ist wohl ok, da er einem anderen AMR5 MiniPC mit BIOS 1.07 mehr als drei Stunden ohne Probleme lief.

Hier allein auf einen fehlerhaften Speicher hinzuweisen, da angeblich 10% sowieso nicht funktionieren, halte ich für sehr voreingenommen. Denn diese Aussage belegt Barry777 ja auch nicht.

Somit müsste die Werbung wahr und klar auch aussagen, dass "up to 64GB" zu 90% funktioniert. Aber nicht pauschal. Das ist eine irreführende Werbung. Im Besonderen hat das ganze noch einen Nachgeschmack, da man die Kompatibilitätsliste erst nach Kauf kennt, da diese nur der Ware beigelegt wird.
Naja, und sogar dann es nicht wie im vorliegenden Fall funktioniert.

Im vorliegenden Fall scheint also der Speicher völlig ok zu sein, aber funktioniert NICHT mit dem AMR5 MiniPC.

About memory compatibility
