Re: T11 Drivers
USB2 devices not working.
Tried "Update Driver" and "Uninstall Device" for all USB entries in Device Manager, makes no difference only USB3 working.
Require correct drivers for USB2.

Re: T11 Drivers
Please tell me the time of your purchase, so that we can better judge your problem, are the two USB ports not working properly?
In addition, you can try to replace the U disk device.

Re: T11 Drivers
The T11 was purschased on 15th March 2019
The USB3 socket is working fine it's the three USB2 sockets that are the problem.
Each of the USB2 sockets supplies power ok but the software does not recognise any device plugged in. I have tried various USB drives, a keyboard and a video camera. All are recognised on the USB3 socket but not detected on any of the USB2 sockets.
I also notice that my T11 has updated it's self to Windows 10, version 2004. Could this be part of the problem in that Microsoft has removed your USB2 drivers?
Many thanks
