Thus, the BIOS update is impossible to update.
Even disabling Core isolation with Vulnerable Driver Blocklist disabled, the BIOS update results in the same error.

Unfortunately also for me it is the same. Bios installing is stopping with code "10 - Error: Unable to load driver".

In case of Error 10 it seems not to be the BIOS file, but the flash tool from AMI.
I downloaded the original tool from the AMI side to try the flashing of the BIOS with this, but at least it was the same result.
Then I tried only starting the flash tool within cmd and also got the same error.
Is there a possibility to flash/update the BIOS from Boot?

Do not waste time and possibly bricking your PC with this bios update if you are hoping it will fix the reboots.

Regarding your question, BIOS updates will not brick your PC and are generally safe as long as you follow the official update process.
