Usb-C keine Grafikausgabe

Hello,
I just bought a new NiPoGi (model E3B Ram 16Gb Rom 512Gb Cpu AMD Ryzen 5 7430U) and have a problem with the USB-C port.
There are no errors in the device manager. You can plug anything into the USB-C and it is also recognized, USB stick, hard drive, webcam, you can charge your cell phone etc.. But there is no monitor image above it. I bought a new monitor with USB-C connection no picture, HDMI, DP work.
My laptop also has USB-C and the Windows image appears immediately. Does something have to be changed in Windows? Can someone help me, I don't know what to do.

Please provide pictures of the USB-C monitor model and USB-C cable so we can verify the information.

Thanks for the feedback, the monitor is an HP M24m. But the monitor is not the problem, nor is the USB-C cable. Both work with my laptop.I think it is a driver or bios problem.I was hoping someone had the same device and would have solved the problem.

1. Connect the HDMI port and try installing the relevant software and drivers for the HP M24m. After restarting your PC, try connecting via the USB-C port again.

2. Update the graphics driver for the AMD Ryzen™ 5 7430U processor by following these steps:
1. Go to the AMD drivers and support page
2. Use the automatic detection tool:
- On the page, locate the "Windows® 10/11 Drivers" section.
- Click "Download Windows Drivers" to download the AMD automatic detection and installation tool.
- Run the downloaded tool. It will automatically detect your processor and graphics model and install the appropriate drivers.

3. After updating the software/drivers using the steps above, restart your PC and try connecting via the USB-C port again.
- If the issue persists, please provide your purchase order number, a detailed description of the issue, and a photo of the BIOS [Main] screen.
