Yep Boot order caused this.
Changed order to #1 Boot Manager #2 Built in EFI.
Problem solved.

Checked Boot order in BIOS and EMMC is 1st. still getting the script run upon restart and have to enter exit to load windows?

Thanks for the reply First I upgraded the ACEPC shell to Windows 10 version 2004 with Windows update. Then I used the new windows cloud reset to do the fresh install. By doing the cloud reset it uses all the driver's from the previous version.... No need to create a USB stick.. it just boots from th...

OK,
Removed SSD. Now booting from EMMC. Upon restart I see script run and then upon completion of script I must enter "exit" to launch windows. Can we clean this up and go direct to windows?

I set BIOS to boot from SSD 1st, EMMC 2nd File manager shows windows (C:) as 93 GB free of 110 GB and window (D:) 34.9 CB free of 57.1 GB The C: drive has the windows Icon above the drive Icon. Thanks for the reply.. I followed your way and everything went great. My system is now booting from the SSD on C:windows. I used Diskgenious www.diskgenius.com to clone the EmmC to the SSD.
