Re: Failed SSD drive (after 6 month low activity) and no response from support
If you're referring to the support@iacepc.com vs service@iacepc.com, they both go to after sales support. The admin had used 'support' earlier, then started using 'service' exclusively. I was following his earlier lead, but didn't realize he had done the latter. When I realized this I ended up goin...

Re: Failed SSD drive (after 6 month low activity) and no response from support
@simonelombardo thanks so much for your suggestions, will try it out when I am back in the office. For what it's worth I have yet to get an email from support. I know they received it as originally I sent the info (including full order details) to the support email on their website, but I noticed la...

Re: Failed SSD drive (after 6 month low activity) and no response from support
Hi,
Still no response from service@iacepc.com. I am a network admin at our org and I verified there has been no attempted emails from anyone @iacepc.com.
When can we get the ball rolling on the resolution?
thanks

Re: Has ANYONE pursued a successful warranty claim?
skeptic, Is the AK1 no longer using eMMC for its onboard storage? It very well may be, I have no way of knowing as the only model we have is an AK2 and I have no idea what part options (or changes over time) there might be in a given model (for instance, going away from a particular spec due to sou...

Re: Has ANYONE pursued a successful warranty claim?
Not sure what you are willing to take on, with regard to retrieving your data, but what you can do is identify the specific type of drive you are using in the unit you have, and then purchase an external adaptor for it on amazon (likely obtainable for ~$10-20) so you can plug it in as an external dr...

Hi Gabe,
Thanks, I did so at about the same time as the post that started this thread, I also rechecked again our organization's spamfilter to be extra sure.
I appreciate the response!

Failed SSD drive (after 6 month low activity) and no response from support
Hi, We purchased an AK2 via Amazon in mid March and a couple weeks ago the SSD drive failed. All but two weeks of that time the unit was in pre-production, either running idly or off awaiting time to complete the configuration. The two weeks it was running in production it was just paging through 4 ...

Re: Stuck on bios screen, windows 10 won't start.
I have the same issue with a failed SSD drive and I bought mine in the same timeframe so it appears there may have been a bad batch in production in that timeframe. I have yet to hear from support. Are these units still being supported?
Thanks!
Thanks!
