I found a solution, in my case it starts on after power loss if I disconnect USB-CD drive, I leave the connected only Bluetooth keyboard. My cd drive is has usb split, I need to install the second usb into TV usb to provide neded power to drive, as It does not work properly if I connect it to the AC...
