Stefano, you superstar! Fixed it in 30 seconds. I did wonder why the bay door wasn't closing correctly. That's a bit of a design fault.

Hi. Wonder if anyone can help? I've just bought a brand new AK1 together with a Samsung 860 QVO 1Tb SATA to install in the expansion slot to use as an additional drive. I've followed the very simple instructions on the ACEPC YouTube vid, but the drive doesn't show. I've looked in Windows Disk Manage...
