I think the problem is that the usb ports do not work so my keystrokes to enter the bios are not recognised by the unit. Is there anyway to reset the BIOS to defaults ...

Hello ACEPC, A similar issue with mine although all of my USB ports are dead. The machine won't boot and can't access the BIOS or startup functions. An answer to this would be greatly appreciated as these machines are not exactly cheap and although mine is out of warranty, it has had very little use...
