The T11 was purschased on 15th March 2019 The USB3 socket is working fine it's the three USB2 sockets that are the problem. USB2 devices not working.
Tried "Update Driver" and "Uninstall Device" for all USB entries in Device Manager, makes no difference only USB3 working.
Require correct drivers for USB2.

I hope this helps you solve why I cannot load a BIOS to get Auto start on Power on

Your latest suggested BIOS is the same version previously suggested on the Wed Jul 01 and gives the same error when loaded. viz. "1e - Error: Secure Flash function is not supported on this file." Is there anything else I need to do before trying to upgrade. Is there a BIOS loader I can use...

Still trying to upgrade to Auto Power on
Have tried all the BIOS options suggested but still fails on error -
