Quick Update:
I purchased a 1TB SATA3 m.2 SSD and it works fine, which tells me that unfortunately, the E1 doesn't support NVMe SSDs.

Please update the descriptions to clearly convey that the E1 does not support NVMe SSDs.

In the product description of the E1 on Amazon, it says the m.2 slot support both SATA and NVMe SSDs:

SSD Slot 1 x M.2 2280 Slot, Supports M.2 NVMe PCIe3.0/SATA SSD, up to 2TB
