The control of the led lights does not work for me, I followed the instructions but I continue to have problems.

nope, it doesn't changes light and I can't turn them off.

Yes, I did. I installed "CYX_RGB_LED_Tool_20240411" program, but led stripe doing everytime rainbow.

Knob changes colour but doesn't work...also light controls doesn't work.
