I'm wondering if there's an option in BIOS to enable Secure Boot. I can't find any. Many games with Anti-Cheat require that you have it enabled. If there's no option, there really should be work going into updating the BIOS somehow.

Tried this. It merely switched to the Microsoft Basic Display Driver.

Hi everyone I just received my pc, and upon installing the provided modded Nvidia drivers for the RTX 3070M 16GB, I'm now wondering whether you can set the Nvidia GPU to be your primary display GPU. As of now, the Intel Iris Graphics is the primary, but it has the problem that you can't get 4k@120Hz...
