ACEPC T11 Stuck on Splash Screen
I have an ACEPC T11 that, like the title indicated, is stuck on the splash screen. Also unable to enter the BIOS. Steps I have taken include, taking the CMOS battery out for approx three hours. Holding ECS key during boot, tapping or holding the F7 key during boot. Nothing works, the PC just hang on...
