To me that looks like a hardware issue. A bad RAM module maybe? I would try to swap the 2 RAM modules, to see if it works better, or just run it with one module, then the other. It could also be a heat problem, check the temperature in BIOS. It could be a non functioning fan, or the heatsink not sea...
