So I've got an AM06 Pro with the 5700u and a Netac 512GB Gen3*4 nvme SSD. This drive has a thick foil pad across it as a heat spreader under it's label but still runs very hot. This may not be the correct thing to do for this particular system but couldn't you simply disable the iGPU in device manager? Which port are you using for display out?

Do you have this option? NVIDIA Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Preferred graphics processor setting.
