I am having the same problem. I bought AMR5 in May from Amazon. It turned off and now won't turn back on. The charger has green light but when plugged into AMR5, it turns off (which probably means there is short in the AMR5). I measured the charger output and it outputs 19VDC correctly. I tried to r...
