What power connector does AD03 use?

I've tried to look up what exact size/type barrel jack use AD03 devices for power supply, but I haven't found it.

Could someone tell me what is it? Thank you.

According to this website, a 32GB module could be used (!?):
"Although the official spec states that the N95 only supports 16 GB of RAM, I did successfully replaced the original Lexar DDR4-2666 8 GB RAM with a GSkill DDR4-3200 32 GB RAM."

Thank you for your post, it's very useful. FYI, in my new unit and using my own stress tool, reaches an average maximum temperature of 57ºC (similar temperature as Gabe's comment, interesting...). Mine does the same thing, too. And I find it very annoying... to the point of that I'm thinking of desoldering the buzzer.

BTW, watch this video starting at approximately minute 27:00. It's this beep, right?
