Thank you for responding to my query. The resolution changes and text size did not help. However, changing TV screen ratio options did help. I had to select 'Just Select'. This resized the desktop to fit within the monitor boundaries.

I have setup my mini PC using a hdmi connection to TV screen. Everything works. However, I cannot get the screen to shrink to the monitor size. It always stretches outside of the TV monitor space.
