Re: Utilizing the Wi-fi module M.2 Slot on the AM06 Pro as a second SSD Slot
Never mind. I brushed up on my knowledge about m.2 keying and as far as I can tell the Wi-fi Module Slot is m.2 a+e key and SSDs typically are m.2 m key (NVMe SSD) or m.2 b+m key (SATA SSD). So they don‘t fit. Additionally m.2 a+e key seems to only have one PCIe Lane (which makes sense for something...

Re: Utilizing the Wi-fi module M.2 Slot on the AM06 Pro as a second SSD Slot
Hi Barry,
thank you for clarifying that. It sounds a bit odd to me though. Isn‘t the Wi-fi module slot just a standard M.2 Slot? Shouldn‘t that be able to hold an SSD if it has the right keying?

Utilizing the Wi-fi module M.2 Slot on the AM06 Pro as a second SSD Slot
Hi everybody! Since I don‘t need the Wi-fi module on my AM06 Pro I was wondering if I can replace it with a second SSD. Is that possible? And if so, how many PCIe lanes are connected to the Wi-fi M.2 Slot? Is it just one or is it the full four Lanes that would be necessary to use an SSD in that Slot...

Re: RAM issues and BIOS Update
Hi! I‘ve only seen your reply just now. I appreciate your effort. I ended up buying a G.Skill Ripjaws 3200MHz CL 18 Kit. Specifically the F4-3200C18D-32GRS (https://www.gskill.com/product/2/197/1540867459/F4-3200C18D-32GRS). It solved the weird issues I had before with the other RAM kit and has been...

Re: RAM issues and BIOS Update
Hmm, okay. Any recommendations? Specific clock speeds and/or timings (CAS latency etc.) I should look for?
Also, IS there a more recent BIOS update for the AM06 Pro or am I on the latest version?

Re: Details on the AM06 Pro
Thank you so much! I have been looking for this information for the longest time! Did not know about this forum until a few days ago.
I have read the Wi-fi Card is a Realtek one. Is the 2.5Gbit NIC Intel or Realtek? And the 1Gbit NIC? Intel or Realtek?

Details on the AM06 Pro
Hi everybody, I am currently looking into the AM06 Pro for a homelab build and need some additional information before I am confident to buy it: 1. What manufacturer are the builtin network adapters from? Are they Intel NICs, Realtek,... ? 2. Can the virtualization support (AMD-V) be enabled on the ...
