A DVD or Blu-ray drive could be interesting for a mini media center PC for the TV room. Some people can have a collection of discs and they can be pretty cheap to get depending on where you go to get them.

It looks like the AK1 Pro has two HDMI ports that will let you hook up two separate displays with up to 4k resolution each. You set the display options to extended mode in any version of windows to be able to show different things on each display. Mirror mode will show the same thing on all displays...

May need to change the clock speed of the RAM in the BIOS, set it to around 1333, or other low speed, at first, to check stability and some apps/games, then increase to the next setting and do the same again until it acts up again or reaches the rated speed of the new RAM.
