This works on GK1V26c Bios but not on 1AUAJ, The second one we bought this week, exactly the same as the first one bought 9 months ago, but the bios is different and this function is lost. Can we downgrade the bios? or is there a Bios update to support this feature?

We have also the same problem and need a Bios update that solve the situation.
