Re: AK1PRO WiFi card replacement / Motherboard schematics

bigfloppa, I'm pretty sure it's soldered on. It shouldn't be hard to find on the board, as the WiFi antennas will be connected to it. It may have some black fabric tape over top, protecting the wire connections. You also shouldn't have to remove the board to see it, just the four screws under the f...

Re: Won't sign in

I set up the mini and it worked great. Turned off and came back later and I can't get in. It boots up to the "Date and Time" screen. If I click on the screen I get the "Sign In" message, but clicking that just takes me back to the Date and Time screen. I've tried with the LAN co...

AK1PRO WiFi card replacement / Motherboard schematics

Is the WiFi card within the AK1Pro soldered in, or replaceable? I can't seem to find it, and I don't want to take the board fully out of the case to look underneath it. Also, are there any motherboard schematics online? I see that there are a few other open connectors on the MOBO, and I was wonderin...

Vendors outside of Amazon

Are there any stores to purchase/review these Mini PCs on that deliver within the USA, other than Amazon?

Specifically stores where it's sold directly, and not through 3rd parties.

Re: AK1PRO M2 2280 SATA replacement compatibility

Yeah, that instruction video is odd. I know the regular AK1 uses mSATA, having been upgraded from the original soldered on type of storage, but as far as I know all of the Pro versions of the AK1 use m.2 drives. I'm 99% sure the AK1 Pro's m.2 is NVMe ready, and there are a couple of reviews on Amaz...

AK1PRO M2 2280 SATA replacement compatibility

Hello there! Really digging the small form factor of the AK1 Pro so far. I noticed that mine has an M.2 2280 SATA installed, which differs slightly from the smaller form factor M.2 in the Kamrui AK1 Pro mini-PC exchange tutorial. Is there a list of all compatible m.2 stick types that would fit in th...

Re: New product launch- T8pro

The dual network ports is a good way to get into firewall setup: good call on that. Design looks pretty nice, as well. Although I wonder if the triple HDMI output might be a bit overkill, I'm sure there's a use case out there. People living in terminal might really like that, for instance, so they c...

Re: KAMRUI AK1 Pro Mini PC, Intel 11th Gen N5105 2.9GHz)11 Pro

bigfloppa, which brand was it and where are you at? I suspect it's legit, though. I think it depends on the country. The home page of these forums show some of the brands that sell models of mini PCs, like the AK1 Pro. NiPoGi is one such brand. Hey there, The brand is CTONE. Got it through Amazon/U...
