I purchased an ACEPC AK1 through Amazon from TEXYUK on 21st December 2019. I understood from the advertisement and your website that it should come with Windows 10 Professional preloaded. On clicking Settings|System|About I have discovered it is only running the Windows 10 Home edition. Please let m...
