Is It possible to erase all the data saved in the internal storage before sending the product back? I have no access to BIOS and no video output.

I waited much longer than 3 minutes. It does not work.

Error message returned After BIOS update. After machine reset I cannot turn It on ANYMORE. No BIOS messages, no video output, no keyboard lights.

FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS, IT DOES NOT TURN ON ANYMORE!!!!! HELP!!!!

the display is restored; awaiting for the other version of the BIOS to solve the problem.
