Add Extra hard drive

Hi, Just brought ACEPC Mini PC Intel Celeron J3455 for Christmas. Trying to add a extra hard drive Western Digital blue 2TB to the computer. But the computer does not recognize the new hard drive? The hard drive is brand new not been used.
