I doubt any model from ACEPC will allow a fresh official Windows 10 install. ACEPC seems to only allow their modified version. I have never had a PC that will not accept a fresh official windows install.

I contacted service@iacepc.com about my issues and they basically just told me that the new versions of the CK6 have been fixed. So much for customer service support.

Unfortunately I do not have the option of returning the CK6 and then "re purchasing" it, as I ordered it via a "review" program. I will just have to review it as is I suppose.

I had and am still having these issues with the CK6 model. Reading these forums and online reviews does not give me much hope unfortunately. Good luck that ACEPC will be able to help you.

Do you "provide" a cooling fan option? The CK6 should have come pre-installed with a cooling fan or a decent thermal cooling option, as out of the box, the CK6 (at least my unit) gets WAY too hot. Truly, we should not have to install a cooling fan to a brand new device at it's price point ...
