Absolutely. If I may quote from Ubuntu's slogan, everything just works. The WiFi adapter was the single thing that didn't work out of the box, but with the correct driver, the system is now 100% working.

Update: I've just tried it and it also doesn't detect the Wi-Fi network, like the other distros I've tested.

I have experienced issues with Firefox and Opera. The solution is to use the new Chromium-based Microsoft Edge, which plays online videos perfectly. Offline videos work just fine with the native Windows player.
