Hello, how to I clear ACEPC W5 Pro's fan from dust? Do I need to disassemble it? If yes, how do I do it safely? I haven't found any guide for that. It started to work slowly and fan is very loud because of the dust.
Also, will it handle Windows 11?

Yes, Windows 8.1 is no longer supported by Microsoft, but Windows 8.1 Embedded Industry Pro is. And I made a mistake, ACEPC W5 Pro, not W5 (i think this changes nothing) And how about Windows 10 LTSC 2019? If i take drivers from 2004 version in this topic and install them to LTSC, they will work fine?
