How many bars do you see in the WiFi Icon ?
Please try to ping your wifi router and see what is the latency you're receiving.
Most likely it must be the internet speed issue.

Usually this package contains all the latest wifi firnwares so users don't have to manually copy it.

Hello Dear,
Have you tried checking wifi connection and its configuration in ipv4 check if it is in DHCP mode or manual mode.
If in case it is in manually assigned then switch it to automatic (DHCP)

Hello Dear, I am a linux enthusiast and Maintainer as Manjaro Linux community. I agree that you need a working BIOS Copy to ignore is showing you the Evaluation Copy. Technically you can use any 2.5" Drive doesn't matter if it is SSD or HDD as long as it s compatible with the SATA interface.
As this image shows that you can insert 2.5" SSD/HDD. Only upto 2TB is supported.

There should be a 32GB eMMC and not 2.5" SSD as you find in a laptop.
Normally eMMC is soldered on the board and not replaceable in most use cases.

Yes you can set the download folder in the client like qbit and it will download it directly to the external storage.
