Sorry for the delay but I had to have my customer records this video:



This happens even with videos that are saved on the hard disk.

We are using wifi.
But I downloaded a 720p video and the performance was the same.
I will try to get a video. Would I be able to upload it here?

It happens with anything.
But I did specifically try 720p.
Youtube is bad and so is Zoom which is what the customer purchased the unit to do.
It feels like the performance of the unit overall is poor.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Whenever we try to watch any videos the video display is very choppy.
This happens with streaming or even watching videos saved on the hard disk.
This has been this way from the beginning.
