My screen flashes no matter what output I use, HDMI or VGA. Tried rebooting to no avail.

I received my T11 as a gift. I hooked it to a monitor via VGA connector. Added a wireless mouse keyboard via dongle. I upgraded Windows 10 to the latest version. All worked fine.
