I was having the same problem, I had to hold the power button for 15 sec to reset. I had reset many values in the power and sleep options. This is what did the fix for me. 1. Go to setting, 2. type in "trouble" and you will see a drop down menu, 3. Select 1st item in menu "Troubleshoo...
