The J3455 has a headphones jack but when I look in Windows there's no option for headphones.
How do I enable the headphones jack?

I solved this issue by going into the bios menu and changing the Restore on AC/Power Loss to enabled. Now when I start up, the system process goes to 0% and power usage is low - which would only happen when I restarted. But I still have a question about whether I should upgrade the bios. Sorry for the additional message. I have tried using the sfc and dism tools within windows and they report nothing wrong with windows. The thing is that I only have this issue when I start up. If I "restart", then the issue isn't there. Again, it's only with a cold start. This suggests to ...
